    Can I view my wallet’s seed phrase?

    Tangany Wallet allows users to access the seed phrase for any stored wallet. By using both the Tangany Wallet and a Tangany Card, users can reveal their seed phrase to facilitate transfers to any BIP39-compatible wallet. The seed phrase can be accessed without connecting to the cySync desktop app and can also be retrieved using a power bank.

    What happens if Cypherock shuts down?

    In the event that Cypherock ceases operations, multiple safeguards are in place to protect users:

    1. Tangany Wallet is open-source, ensuring continued development by the community.
    2. Users can retrieve their seed phrases as previously mentioned, enabling them to transfer assets independently.
    3. An upcoming open-source app for Android and iOS will allow users to recover seed phrases directly via NFC-enabled smartphones using any two Tangany Cards along with a PIN.

    Can I import an existing seed phrase into Tangany Wallet?

    Yes, Tangany Wallet supports importing seed phrases with 12, 18, or 24 words.

    What should I do if I lose or damage my Tangany Wallet?

    If your Tangany Wallet is lost or damaged, your assets remain secure as long as you have at least two out of four Tangany Cards. To restore your wallet on a new Tangany Wallet, simply use two Tangany Cards.

    What if I lose or damage a Tangany Card?

    If a Tangany Card is lost or damaged, your assets remain secure as long as you still have the Tangany Wallet and at least one Tangany Card, or two Tangany Cards. It is recommended to replace missing cards to maintain full security and functionality.

    If two or three cards are lost or damaged, use the remaining card with the Tangany Wallet to retrieve your seed phrase securely. You can then purchase a new wallet and restore your accounts.
